convenient location helpful staff charging points
The location is very convenient.. Termini station is just across the street. The staff was helpful with directions. I appreciated the complimentary air conditioning in my Double Room. There were many charging points available.
The elevator seemed a bit old.

main station good coffee poor air conditioning difficult door
The hotel was near the main train station. It was very convenient. the breakfast included good coffee. I enjoyed that a lot.
The air conditioning was not great. It was uncomfortable. the room door was hard to open and close. It was a bit annoying.

Solid stay near Termini
helpful staff excellent location
I found the hotel staff to be very helpful. The location is excellent for accessing public transport. It is a short walk to Roma Termini station. This made getting around the city very easy. Breakfast included fresh food. There was a great selection each morning.

thin walls low water pressure
the location near termini was fine. i could walk to trains and buses without problem.
The shower was a joke. the space was so small i could barely move and the water pressure was nonexistent. i also got woken up early by noise from other guests. The walls are thin and i heard everything.
